weekends or holidays will begin processing the next

launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 business

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer FREE FAST SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due
to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier
delays).

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email upon purchase
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number once

dispatch.

8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not
received it:

For packages lost in transit, we will initiate an
investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will
send a replacement or issue a full refund.

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Unclaimed at destination
