2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours
with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. RETURN SHIPPING
- For defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping
costs
- For change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for
return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we
cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
Return address will be provided upon return authorization.
Do not send items back to the address on the package.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

If approved:

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a
full refund. After 12 hours, orders may have entered
processing and cannot be cancelled.
